Hong-Kong International Airport 3 Runway system project, Hong-Kong, China

The Airport Authority of Hong Kong has decided to expand Hong-Kong Airport facilities. The Airport is built on reclaimed land on the island of Chek Lap Kok. ZHEC –CCCC-CDC Joint Venture has been awarded the construction of the main reclamation works of the third runway system of the Airport.

Furthermore, CLI will implement a Compliance Certificate procedure to make sure that ACCROPODE™ units are placed in strict accordance with CLI specifications.

CLI’s ACCROPODE™ single layer armour unit is the most applied and reliable single layer unit in the world, with more than 200 different settings in 48 different countries.

From design to the handover of the Structure,  CLI’s technical experts solve any problems with regards to the fabrication, placing and certification of the ACCROPODE™ armour.
