As announced, CLI (Concrete Layer Innovations) attended the Marine Structures and Breakwaters 2009 conference monitored by the Institution of Civil Engineers's (ICE), 16-18 September 2009 in Edinburgh.   This was a great opportunity to meet with the most important practitioners and academics of the Breakwaters family and learn about the latest advances and research in the shoreline management, coastal defences, breakwaters, design guidance, ports, marinas and armouring industries.
