ACCROPODE™ TECHNOLOGY IN HONG-KONG

CLI ACCROPODE™ TECHNOLOGY IN HONG-KONG

The Hong-Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities (HKBCF) project implemented by China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) involves the reclamation of about 130 hectares of land from the open waters off the northeast of the Hong-Kong International Airport. CHEC is also involved in the construction of a number of buildings and transport facilities on this artificial island to provide passenger and cargo clearance services between Hong-Kong and Macau.

0.8m3 ACCROPODE™ blocks are manufactured and placed by the Chinese Contractor CHEC under a CLI license in order to protect the most exposed face of the reclamation work.
